Eligibility Criteria

Master Cadre Education Qualification
  • Graduation in Relevant Discipline from a Recognized University
  • Should possess B. Ed from a Recognized University or Institution with Punjabi as one of teaching subjects as per guidelines of UGC
  • Passed in PSTET Paper II
Master Cadre Age Limit

The Punjab School Education Board has laid down certain rules for the age limit in the SSA Punjab Master Cadre Recruitment Official Notification 2022. Wherein, candidates planning to appear for the exam must satisfy the following age limit conditions:

  • Candidates must be of minimum 18 years
  • Candidates must be of maximum 37 years
Age Relaxations:

As per the guidelines in the official notice of SSA Punjab Master Cadre Eligibility, special candidates belonging to various categories including SC, ST, OBC, Ex-Servicemen, Women, and Physically Challenged, are eligible for certain age relaxations. The upper age limit for such candidates has been reduced to up to 45 years based on their individual category.

Selection Process

The SSA Punjab Master Cadre Recruitment will consist of one stage in the selection process. The candidates who shall clear the exam will be called for verification of documents.
